I recently stayed at Capitol Hotel Jumeirah Dubai, and honestly, it was a mixed bag. The location is convenient, right in the heart of Dubai, making it easy to access local attractions. However, issues with noise from nearby nightclubs and inconsistent service really took away from the experience.
